In mediation, generally the Lender or
Lender’s Attorney is present along with a representative of the court (a
“mediator”). Our dedicated team of Attorneys have experience

While a matter is in mediation, usually
that case is taken off of the trial call and the foreclosure is
effectively stalled while the two sides negotiate. If mediation is
